It took several minutes for Ace to exit the bathroom. Opening the door, he offered a weak and rather bloody smile.

His tie, shirt, and jacket were a mess, probably beyond recovery. Blood pooled behind his lips as he tried to smile, stretching skin cut by his teeth.
